The following data are requested in order for the design and manufacturing process of the cylinder requested by the customer to start;

1. Working pressure of the system

2. Piston - shaft diameter, if known, estimated axial and radial load on piston shaft, if unknown

3. Stroke

4. Ambient temperature

5. Working speed

6. Working conditions (indoor and outdoor)

7. Cylinder movement form (stopping, locking, shock pressure status in intermediate strokes)

8. Cylinder position (up-down-angle)
